So we know of MKUltra, but it would be retarded to assume the CIA stopped there. Since it's very unpopular to overthrow democratically elected leaders across the globe due to looking like massive hypocrites, I believe it's obvious that the American Intelligence Community (The American IC, which also includes the CIA) has invested heavily into mind control and finding clever ways to undermine elections without *actually* "undermining elections." I'm positive they heavily invest in propaganda to sway populations to vote for leaders who will ultimately fuck them over, but be beneficial for the US. How, how do they do this? What is the actual science behind mind control so we can better spot when they pull off bullshit like this?
